Delete your account

You can delete your Gymprint account and its data at any time, directly in the app. No email, no waiting, no retention tricks.

Delete in the app

1. Open Gymprint and go to Settings → Delete account
2. Type DELETEto confirm — the extra step exists so a stray tap can’t wipe your training history
3. Your account is deleted immediately and you’re signed out

What gets deleted

• Your account and email address, including Apple/Google sign-in links
• Your gym inventory and scan history
• Your training plans
• Your workout logs — every session, set, and progress stat
• Data stored on your device, which is wiped by the app

Deletion is permanent — there is no recovery window. Scan photos are already deleted within 24 hours of processing, independent of account deletion. Analytics collection stops at deletion, and the pseudonymous usage events recorded before it can no longer be linked to you once your account is gone.

A note on subscriptions

If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it — Apple and Google manage billing. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, ideally before deleting your account.

Can’t access the app?

Email privacy@gymprint.app with the subject line “Delete my account” from the address you signed up with. We’ll delete your account within 30 days and confirm by reply.
