Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026. This policy explains how Gymprint handles the personal data you share when joining the waitlist.

What we collect

When you sign up for the Gymprint early-access waitlist we collect:

• Your email address
• Your optional gym-situation answer (if you choose to share it)
• A consent flag confirming you agreed to be contacted
• Signup timestamp
• Acquisition source / UTM parameters (where you came from, e.g. a social post or referral link)

We do not collect payment information, location data, or any sensitive personal data.

Lawful basis

We process your data on the basis of Consentunder GDPR Article 6(1)(a). By ticking the consent checkbox before submitting, you explicitly agree to Gymprint contacting you about early access and the product launch. You may withdraw that consent at any time — see “Your rights” below.

How it's used

• To notify you when Gymprint launches and you become eligible for early access
• To deliver early-access invitations and product updates
• To analyse aggregate signup intent (e.g. how many people are new to gyms vs. experienced) so we can prioritise features — this analysis uses aggregated, anonymised data only

Data retention

We keep your data until you request deletion oruntil 12 months after the Gymprint product publicly launches — whichever comes first. After that window your record is permanently deleted.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete — ask us to erase your record (see the deletion path below)
• Port — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
• Lodge a complaint — with your local data protection authority (e.g. the ICO in the UK, or your national supervisory authority within the EU)

How to request data deletion

Email privacy@gymprint.app with the subject line “Delete my data”and include the email address you used to sign up. We will remove your record within 30 days and confirm deletion by reply.

No third-party sale

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or any third party for their own marketing purposes.
